Delete your KAVIX account

What happens straight away

As soon as your request is confirmed, KAVIX removes the broker API keys and access tokens it holds for you, revokes any real-money trading activation and switches Autopilot off, so KAVIX cannot place an order on your account. Orders already with your broker and open positions stay with your broker; manage or close them in your broker's own app.

What is deleted

When the KAVIX team completes the request:

• Your email address, name and mobile number
• Your ability to sign in (all sessions are ended)
• Broker API keys and secrets, client codes, MPINs, access tokens and saved TOTP secrets (removed immediately when you make the request)
• Your watchlist, notifications and communication preferences

What is kept, and for how long

Some records must be kept by law or for security. KAVIX keeps:

• Immutable audit and security events
• Consent receipts (terms, risk and real-money consents)
• Broker order and trade records, and real-money activations
• Paper-trading and Autopilot journals
• Support case history

Records are retained only for operational, security, audit and legal requirements. The records above are kept, linked only to an internal account id and no longer to your email, name or phone, for the period required by applicable law (including SEBI and Income-tax record-keeping rules), and are not used for marketing.

Delete from the Android app

1. Open KAVIX AI India and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account, read the summary, then confirm twice.

The app sends the request and signs you out.

Delete from the web app

1. Sign in at app.kavixai.online.
2. Open Profile and find Delete account.
3. Select Delete my account and confirm.

Delete without signing in

1. Enter your account email below and select Send code.
2. Enter the 6-digit code from the email.
3. Tick the confirmation and select Confirm deletion request.

For privacy, this page shows the same message whether or not an email has a KAVIX account.
