1. Service scope
KAVIX India is a technology platform for Indian-market research workflows, explainable decision support, paper trading and eligible official broker connections. Features labelled unavailable, paper, historical or UI-only must not be treated as live execution services.
2. Account and security
You must provide an address you control, protect email access and promptly report suspected misuse. You may not share sessions, bypass access controls, probe another tenant or introduce harmful automation.
3. Broker authorization
A broker connection uses the broker’s official API. For Upstox you can authorise on Upstox’s own page. For a connection through your own broker developer app you enter that app’s API key and secret and, for Angel One, your client code and MPIN (and your TOTP secret only if you tick the consent box); KAVIX stores and uses them only as described in the Privacy Policy. KAVIX never asks for your broker login password. Do not share any of these credentials by email, phone or a support message. Broker availability, permissions and order outcomes remain subject to the broker and applicable exchange rules.
4. No investment advice
Plans, scores, explanations, charts and risk calculations are informational decision-support tools. They are not personalized investment advice, research recommendations, portfolio-management services or a promise that a trade is suitable or profitable.
5. Orders and risk
Where execution becomes available, you remain responsible for reviewing the instrument, side, quantity, price, charges and risk before authorization. Network delays, partial fills, rejection, slippage and unknown broker states can occur.
6. Acceptable use
Do not manipulate markets, violate securities law, evade broker or exchange controls, abuse APIs, scrape protected data, reverse engineer security controls or use KAVIX for unlawful activity.
7. Availability and changes
Services may be interrupted by maintenance, broker systems, exchanges, data providers, networks or security controls. KAVIX may suspend an unsafe capability, and will not present an unknown state as successful.
8. Liability boundary
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KAVIX is not liable for market loss, missed opportunity, third-party outage or decisions made from incomplete, delayed or unavailable information. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Contact and updates
